sweatbookHRRC Contributor Robert Lawson gives a straight up review on internet best-selling sweat cure "Stop Sweating & Start Living" by Mike Ramsey.

"Usually we stick to brick and mortar consumer products or prescription based medical treatments when reviewing courses of action for Hyperhidrosis - But with the rising popularity of all-natural treatments for the cure of excessive sweating, Mike Ramsey's "Stop Sweating and Start Living" has been making too much noise in the Hyperhidrosis market for us to ignore."

Suffering From Sweaty Armpits?

Sweating, of course is a natural function of the human body - without it we would be very limited in our ability to effectively expel toxins and other waste from our bodies. Our primary sweat glands exist in our armpits, forehead, hands, groin and feet, and will normally be triggered through activities such as exercise, or in temperate climates.
Though for some, this 'normal' human function can persist to a point of abnormality, where effective treatment should be sought.

Chances are, if you are visiting this site, you may be experiencing these more abnormal symptoms of persistent underarm sweating, and very well could be suffering from a condition known medically as Axillary Hyperhidrosis...

“Stop Sweating & Start Living” - Part III - Effectiveness and Conclusion

Stop Sweating & Start Living by Mike Ramsey

Stop Sweating & Start Living by Mike Ramsey

I guess the real ‘kicker’ in this book being so successful today, is that being an all-natural approach with such a high success rate, Ramsey can lay claim to the honor of being able to produce a very respectable method of treatment, with zero to very minimal side effects - Probably the primary motivation for people who choose to go down the natural remedy path

The one thing I am quite critical of is that the book is not more widely available in hard-copy or found in retail bookstores. Mike has obviously taken the ‘digital first’ approach by offering it as a downloadable book, which I suppose is in part why it’s buzz has been primarily internet based. Perhaps in the near future you’ll see it in your local Barnes and Noble or Borders (and heaven forbid, if Oprah ever gets her hands on the book, be prepared for a major price increase!)

As far as price and availability goes, those who have seen the effectiveness of the method will affirm that the book does deserve its price. In reality, for most sufferers of an excessive sweating condition, there is no higher price to pay than the condition itself, but for review purposes I will say that an effective solution for under $50 is really a no-brainer.

All in all, if you look at the testimonials and take comfort in Mike’s money back guarantee, I can only see good reason in giving this method a solid try.

To conclude, despite it’s unavailability in hard-copy print, I think “Stop Sweating and Start Living” is an excellent alternative to a drug based course of treatment for excessive sweating, without the risks of common side-effects.
