sweatbookHRRC Contributor Robert Lawson gives a straight up review on internet best-selling sweat cure "Stop Sweating & Start Living" by Mike Ramsey.

"Usually we stick to brick and mortar consumer products or prescription based medical treatments when reviewing courses of action for Hyperhidrosis - But with the rising popularity of all-natural treatments for the cure of excessive sweating, Mike Ramsey's "Stop Sweating and Start Living" has been making too much noise in the Hyperhidrosis market for us to ignore."

Suffering From Sweaty Armpits?

Sweating, of course is a natural function of the human body - without it we would be very limited in our ability to effectively expel toxins and other waste from our bodies. Our primary sweat glands exist in our armpits, forehead, hands, groin and feet, and will normally be triggered through activities such as exercise, or in temperate climates.
Though for some, this 'normal' human function can persist to a point of abnormality, where effective treatment should be sought.

Chances are, if you are visiting this site, you may be experiencing these more abnormal symptoms of persistent underarm sweating, and very well could be suffering from a condition known medically as Axillary Hyperhidrosis...

“Stop Sweating and Start Living” - Part II - The Sweat Cure

Stop Sweating & Start Living by Mike Ramsey

Stop Sweating & Start Living by Mike Ramsey

Mike Ramsey’s Stop Sweating and Start Living has taken a careful approach not to pigeon hole itself into any one particular condition of sweating (palmar, axillary, flushing etc.), but addresses the array of common sweating problems including facial sweating, foot and palm sweating, underarm sweating, as well as addressing the problem of bad odors brought on by excessive sweating. He does go into great detail to educate the reader and helps in understanding the underlying basis of the condition. For the non-medically trained, Ramsey does do an excellent job of this.

Mike’s method encompasses a multi-pronged approach to tackling perspiration problems, involving a lifestyle approach and a surprisingly easy to produce three-step natural-home remedy (which looking at the makeup I can immediately see is the active part of his cure). This is applied daily during the 2 week course of treatment.

I did do some additional research for this review to garner the ‘real’ success rate of Mike’s natural cure (this is where the numbers come in to play) and rather surprisingly Mike’s numbers do add up, with 96% of polled participants satisfied with the effectiveness of the techniques, in a median success time frame of 2-4 weeks. That’s only a four percent ‘failure’ rate, which, if measured in pharmaceutical product terms, would be a roaring success.

But what would I say are the main benefits/drawbacks to this book…
